Pennsylvania Game Commission uses sharpshooters in response to CWD cases in Luzerne, Carbon counties

The work stems from two CWD cases that mark the first time the disease has been confirmed in the northeast. (Stock photo)

The Game Commission has been working with personnel from U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Wildlife Services to remove deer in parts of Carbon and Luzerne counties.
