North Dakota anglers can look forward to a strong spring walleye-fishing season despite past challenges with winterkill of fish and fluctuating water levels.
Two years ago, more than 70 lakes across North Dakota suffered major winterkill. However, North Dakota Game and Fish Department fisheries chief Greg Power said he sees a promising season ahead.
