As most sportsmen know by now, Wisconsin’s annual fish and game rule change process sort of kicks off each year on the second Monday of April during the annual spring fish and game hearings.
That’s when the DNR and Conservation Congress come together in each county to review proposed DNR rule changes, DNR advisory questions, Natural Resources Board advisory questions, and congress advisory questions.
