Steve Carney: Minnesota sportsmen’s group celebrates 85 years

I recently was asked to speak to a sportsmen’s group in Rice, Minn., and upon doing some research, I couldn’t believe its history of giving to the community for over 85 years. Formed in 1940, the legacy of Rice Area Sportsmen’s Club giving was astounding.
