Earlier this year in the wake of an attempt by the state Senate to transfer $150 million out of the Pennsylvania Game Commission coffers, the head of the agency appeased legislators with a plan on how to spend the money.
With a change in leadership at the Game Commission, that plan has changed, and one senator feels it’s for the better.
