What would an outside professional think of Wisconsin’s wildlife situation?
Dr. Bill Clark is a population ecologist, with a broad background in many wildlife and plant species, who also nurtures a special interest in bobcats across the continent. Clark has the advantage of seeing Wisconsin’s wildlife programs from an outsider’s perspective. He tends to think in big picture, watching large-scale landscapes over the long-term.
