Perry County Sheriff William R. Barker recently took time to recognize an Ohio Outdoor News contributing writer for his continued efforts to support youth fishing.
Doug Clifford has participated in the sheriff’s annual Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs (HOFNOD) youth fishing day since its inception five years ago.
