The worldwide Internet technological glitch that rippled across the world in late July included accessing the Ohio Division of Wildlife’s Fish Ohio program.
At the heart of the issue is Microsoft, the leader in the world wide web system whose tentacles reach into very nearly everything today. It is believed that two factors came into play. Troubles with Microsoft’s “cloud sourcing” system is generally regarded as the first issue. This is the one that has hammered airlines, causing delays and cancellations across the board.
