Commentary: Forward-facing sonar just latest example of fishing technology

The author writes that by following daily bag limits, fishermen are not any more likely to wipe out game fish populations with forward-facing sonar than when other improved fishing equipment and technology was introduced that was criticized at the time as creating an unfair advantage.
