Every year, the National Pheasant Fest and Quail Classic includes seminars relating to the event’s host state, but there are also seminars examining national-level issues. One of the national-focused seminars at the March 1-3 Pheasant Fest in Sioux Falls was “Hunter Access on America’s Public Lands,” which was moderated by Ariel Wiegard, Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever vice president of government affairs.
