With the New York legislative session now underway for well over a month, the attention of the sporting community once again turns to Albany.
As always, several bills pertaining to hunting, fishing and trapping – both pro and con – have been brought to the table. Some are making their way into committee while others, as of press time, are one-house bills.
What follows is a sample of current bills of sporting interest at this time.
