New York Gov. Kathy Hochul proposes budget, announces bond act funding

Late January saw a number of announcements pertaining to outdoor-related funding coming from Gov. Kathy Hochul’s office.
And while the proposed 2025 fiscal year budget may not have as large the magnitude of items of high interest to sportsmen as it has in years past, there have been other notable highlights. Here’s a sample.
