MN Daily Update: A plan to stop invasive carp in state waters

The Minnesota DNR released its updated Invasive Carp Action Plan on Jan. 18 with steps to prevent and eliminate carp in Minnesota waters. Some of the actions include increased tracking and tagging, a possible deterrent at Lock and Dams 4 and 5, and a deterrent at Lock and Dam 19 where reproduction is happening.
