Most of us do not get to spend all day and night engaged in the outdoors. Time availability in the field changes during your life as you gain responsibilities and obligations. When I was in college, I was in a treestand 45 to 60 days each fall.
Now it seems like I can count those treestand days on two hands. While the obligations are more important, the draw to the woods is constant and nagging.
