Illinois Letters to the Editor: Why require single-shot rifles for deer hunting in Illinois?

After recently trying to purchase a single-shot rifle that fits the requirements for our Illinois firearm deer season, I came to the conclusion that none of this poorly thought-out new game law makes any sense.
