In one of his first official actions, new Michigan DNR Director Scott Bowen approved several proposed fisheries regulations at the September Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing.
The director and the commission were presented with a handful of fisheries regulations to consider. Most were relatively minor changes and all were given immediate effect. Here is a summary.
