Engineering contracts were approved recently by the Iowa Natural Resources Commission for three projects, including the largest outlay that will eventually connect a sewer and water line from Beeds Lake State Park to a nearby municipality.
By a unanimous vote, the commission approved a bid of $339,100 from Shive-Hattery, Inc. of West Des Moines, Iowa, to provide engineering services for the project at Beeds Lake State Park. Work is to be completed by May 15, 2025.
