Summer whitetail scouting will set you up for success this fall

While there are lots of excuses not to scout deer in summer, there are plenty of good reasons to do so that will add to your knowledge base come fall. (Stock photo)

The hot trend this summer seems to be folks writing off summer whitetail scouting. While I’ve never thought it provided the most useful scouting intel available, I certainly wouldn’t crusade against it.
