When I was a kid, I had to be ready to go fishing on a moment’s notice. Luckily for my brothers and me, we had a milk run that was sure to produce the needed worms for short-notice fishing, and collecting them was almost as much fun as catching fish.
The yard at Grandma’s cabin was stacked with worm-producing hot spots. And I should note, it’s helpful to have lots of concrete gnomes, flower boxes, and other grandma-y garden-y stuff for good worm production.
