We focused a lot of our efforts in the last issue of Ohio Outdoor News on live sonar in fishing and what it means for the future of the sport.
Now, for the rest of the story, as the late Paul Harvey used to say. Scott Hale, the fish management administrator for the ODNR Division of Wildlife, has been at this game for almost 40 years so he’s seen technology come and go.
