On a wet, early May morning, over 100 students from 14 different schools in and around Warren County gathered at the grounds of the county fish hatchery for a competition like none other. In fact, it was the 30th anniversary of the event.
Broken into teams, with some schools having multiple groups, they made their way around the hatchery grounds as they took part in competition that included tree and wildlife identification, soil types and even aquatics.
