Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission gives $2M in boating grants to improve access

The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission board awarded more than $2 million in boating facility grants that will help fund 19 projects across the state geared toward improving or creating boating access. (Photo by Tim Spielman)

The grants will help fund 19 projects across the state geared toward improving or creating boating access. Funds for this program are derived primarily from boat registration fees, state motorboat fuels tax, and restricted revenue accounts, if applicable.
