2023 Great Lakes Preview — Lake Erie: The fishing train keeps on chugging

The superlatives keep on coming, year after year, and 2022 was another very good sportfishing season from top to bottom, month to month. Forecasts for 2023 fall in line with a walleye gravy train that continues to amaze anglers time and time again. 
Walleyes are the money fish in Lake Erie. The sheer numbers are mind boggling. Can the lake continue to support such a robust fishery for old marble eye?
