The World Shooting and Recreation Complex in Sparta, Ill. moved another step closer to being put up for sale, as an amended version of House Bill 3456 passed the Senate Judiciary Committee on April 26 and had a second hearing in the Senate on April 27. A third hearing was scheduled for May 2, which means the measure is likely to pass.
