A couple committed to conservation: Dale and Janie Sunderlin are Ohio Outdoor News’ People of the Year

Dale and Janie Sunderlin are a hunter education team, working in the shadows for the past 23 years to educate Ohio’s hunting public. Their dedication made them a natural fit for the 2023 Ohio Outdoor News People of the Year Award.

The 2023 Ohio Outdoor News Person of the Year is actually two people this year. So, it’s the 2023 People of the Year.
The reason the annual award goes to two people this year is that Dale and Janie Sunderlin are a hunter education team, toiling in the shadows for the past 23 years to educate Ohio’s hunting public.
