For parties on both sides of New York’s continuing gun law debate, Monday, March 20 is a date circled on the calendar.
That’s because on that date a three-judge panel of the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals, which is based in New York City, will hear on previous injunctions and temporary restraining order rulings on not one, but five cases challenging new gun laws passed in New York in 2022, primarily, but not limited to provisions in the Concealed Carry Improvement Act.
