North Dakota bighorn sheep, moose hunters eclipse 90-percent success rate

North Dakota issued 245 moose licenses last year. Of that total, 240 hunters harvested 221 animals, including 138 bulls.

And of 362 elk hunters, 211 were successful – or 58 percent.
