Finger Lakes/Southern Tier Fishing Report – April 17th, 2015

Among recently stocked trout waters are:

Broome County: Dudley Creek, Nanticoke Creek, East Branch Nanticoke Creek, and Chenango Lake.

Livingston County: Little Dansville Creek (Nunda).

Ontario County: Canandaigua Outlet (Phelps, Manchester).

Steuben County: Post Creek (Hornby), Cohocton River (Cohocton, Avoca), Meads Creek (Campbell), Canaseraga Creek (Dansville), Canisteo River (Hornellsville), Bennett Creek (Greenwood).

Tioga County: Catatonk Creek, East Branch of Owego Creek, Owego Creek), and West Branch of Owego Creek.

Tompkins County: Trib 4 of Enfield Creek, Enfield Creek, Buttermilk Creek, Salmon Creek , Fall Creek and Sixmile Creek.

Cayuga, Owasco and Skaneateles lakes: Ice fishing is no longer an option, but there should be rainbow trout in the tributaries, along with fish holding preparing to spawn.
