St. Lawrence River: Not hearing anything yet on the ice fishing front, but that could change at any time. Black Lake: Some ice fishing was taking place as of last week, notably on Rollaway Bay, where crappies, a few bluegills, perch and the occasional pike were being encountered.

Willowemoc and Beaverkill: Both rivers are fishable at last look and actually abnormally low for this time of year.
