St. Paul On Sunday, June 5 the public is invited to get a first-hand look at the wonders of Minnesota’s state parks and recreation areas during the DNR Division of Parks and Recreation annual open house.

Visitors can visit most state parks and pay nothing for the
privilege. Guests may picnic, hike or bike trails and learn about a
park’s past and its future. A number of parks have special events
and activities planned for the day.
