Guttenberg, Iowa Iowa fisheries workers conducting routine autumn surveys have seen several largemouth bass with open wounds in pools 10 and 11 on the Mississippi River.

St. Paul The Minnesota DNR is seeking public comments on planned rule amendments and repeal of obsolete, existing rules on snowmobile registration and operation.
