Authorities believe Alizabeth and her 11-year-old brother, Jerome, had spent the night in the house. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The boy was airlifted to a Twin Cities hospital. The Ramsey County medical examiner’s office was scheduled to perform an autopsy on the girl.
