Leftover turkey permits to go on sale Tuesday

A technical problem of some sorts paused the sale of “leftover” turkey permits, which had been scheduled for over-the-counter sales on March 12. Shakopee artist wins turkey stamp contest

Shakopee artist Mark Thone has won the 2020 turkey stamp contest. Judges selected the painting from among 12 submissions for the annual contest sponsored by the Minnesota DNR. MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin DNR recently announced the winners of the 2019 Wisconsin wild turkey, pheasant and waterfowl stamp design contests.
