Panfish and bass continue to provide consistent action along the weedlines in most locations.

My best advice to any Mississippi River bound bass angler? Treat it like a flowage, and you’re sure to score well.

Water temps are dropping a bit – into the mid-70s. What might that mean for the bite?

It’s been a strange week of walleye fishing with many reports indicating that there’s been quite a few fish being caught in shallower water.

With water temps in the low 80s, summer patterns are in full swing at fisheries across the state.

It certainly feels like we’re already at that point of the summer where you take what a given lake is willing to give up.

Nothing spectacular, but the overall bite remains fair across the state.

Summer patterns are in full swing for all fish species.

Fishing has been fair pretty much across the board, with the exception of a few stronger bites here and there.
