There are a few anglers each day working the water, mainly at the dam, hooking up on what’s probably the resident recycled steelhead there.

Perch fishing was good here, with the best catches reported during the week and slower fishing over the weekend.

Yellow perch are the dominant catch lake-wide here, in weedy areas of 6-15 feet of water, and smaller perch tend to be quick to strike.

The coho salmon bite remained steady for anglers waiting it out for schools to come in here.

It seems like the perch bite has really started to take off.

The more consistent action has been ice fishing at Wilson Harbor with pike chubs and wax worms.

A few anglers are scoring steelhead hook-ups at the dam each day on mostly small and light bait presentations.
