Those who have been out are struggling to find active pods of bluegills and crappies, especially bigger fish.
Rain, rain, and more rain. Ice is going quick in some spots and persisting in others. And the bite?
Most anglers are starting to chase bluegills, crappies, and perch.
We’ve been busy traveling, but got some time on this last weekend. Here’s how it went.
Crappies and walleyes tend to be most active during low-light periods and overnight.
