A big swing in temperatures throughout Ohio has anglers on the water, mostly chasing saugeyes and crappies on inland waters.

There’s not much fishing going on in Ohio right now given the lack of ice or decent weather. Ohio anglers got a short window of ice fishing in mid-January but that’s history now.

Ice fishermen experienced a brief window of opportunity in late January with many inland lakes in Central and Northeast Ohio locking up.
