There are good numbers of steelhead spread throughout the Lake Erie tributaries, and the streams have been fishing very well when conditions are favorable.

Different successful techniques in use – fly, spin or float for spawning and post spawn browns and fresh steelhead.

This popular fall area has been on fire for trout fishermen.

When the wind cooperates, the Niagara Bar fishing has been hot.

Anglers are still into brown trout and now seeing a few more steelhead. Atlantic salmon action is now more spread out, but hook-ups can still be expected.

The fall perch bite is on here. Panfish can be caught in 15-20 feet of water using minnows or small hair jigs.
