Gov. Mark Dayton on Tuesday unveiled his budget proposal, setting the stage for the remainder of the legislative session.

Minnesota’s legislative auditor said last Friday that he’s investigating a data privacy breach at the DNR in which an employee accessed the driving or motor vehicle records of about 5,000 people without authorization.
