A look at what some of the numbers show from the first year that Michigan hunters had to report their deer harvest within 72 hours.

Michigan led the country averaging 4.0 bucks harvested per square mile, followed by Delaware at 3.5, South Carolina and Pennsylvania at 3.2, and Louisiana at 3.0. The national average is 1.6 bucks per square mile.
