FAIRMONT AREA Crappies are hitting minnows or plastics at Amber Lake in 10 to 14 feet during low-light periods. Budd Lake is giving up walleyes and crappies in 13 to 17 feet and Lake Sissiton
DULUTH AREA Look to Boulder Lake with chubs and jigs for walleyes in 10 to 12 feet. Caribou Lake is producing crappies in 15 feet via glow jigs and minnows. Duluth Harbor on Lake Superior
Lake St. Clair Fishing has been fair on Lake St. Clair. Perch anglers report a decent bite in front of Gino’s Surf, at Metro Beach, and in Anchor Bay. Hunting pressure in Macomb and St.
Powerton Lake: Channel catfish and blue catfish have been biting on baby shad and cut baits. Hybrid striped bass are being caught on minnows. Anglers are not having much luck with white bass or stripers.
