Spring Creek (Centre County) — TCO Fly Shop reported sulphurs (14-16) were hatching as of May 5. Blue-winged olives were appearing mid-afternoon. Water was up from rainfall, and fish were feeding best in broken water.
Holman Lake (Perry County) —This Little Buffalo State Park lake was yielding panfish and trout in recent weeks. Raystown Lake (Huntingdon County) — Scott’s Sporting Goods reported lake trout and striped bass action May 5.
Lackawanna Lake (Lackawanna County) — Trout were reported on rainbow-colored pastebait and pinhead minnows. Roaring Brook (Lackawanna County) — Spinners and pinhead minnows were catching trout in recent weeks. Loyalsock Creek (Sullivan, Lycoming counties) —
