RED WING AREA Pitching jigs tipped with plastics or minnows has produced walleyes and sauger below the dam on the Mississippi River from the shorelines out to 15 feet. LAKE MILLE LACS Tullibee action has picked up in 33 to 38 feet. Get off the flats, drill holes and stay on the move picking off suspended fish in the process. LAKE MINNETONKA There hasn’t been a lot of panfish activity and those being caught seem to be sliding up shallower. Phelp’s Bay is giving up sunfish in 10 to 12 feet and a few crappies over 16 to 20 feet. Throughout Carson’s Bay, you’ll find a mixed bag of panfish in 12 to 18 feet.
