Stoever’s Dam (Lebanon County) — Rainbow trout were hitting on crawlers and minnows early in February. Trout and some panfish were hitting through the ice as of Feb. 12. Struble Reservoir (Chester County) — Numbers of crappies were being iced on jigs as conditions allowed at the start of the month.
