Commentary: Things are changing with waterfowl on Wisconsin waters of the Mississippi

This is in reply to Mark Kakatsch’s Oct. 20 Commentary stating that changing the start of the regular Canada goose season on the Mississippi River to begin on Sept. 16 instead of with the start of the duck season was a good move.
He states that it was good to get “more” local geese shot. Unfortunately, Mark is a couple of years off on what is happening on the Mississippi River.
