Typically summer, and August especially, is reserved for wet wading for river smallmouth, or boat fishing with friends on the lake, but this summer is a little different.
The scorching temperatures and fire smoke only had us in its grips for a short time, and frequent rain events here have kept the small stream flows pretty good. So, I decided to go check out one of my favorite Indiana County blue lines for wild trout.
