Oak Duke: 10-pointers to monitor in New York, but first a doe

There is just something about 10-point bucks…
And this summer, three of the properties I monitor have 10-pointers crowding SIM card space! Feels like a lottery win. Never seen anything like it. One 10 is great, two 10-pointers… unbelievable…but three? Wow!
