Tom Venesky: Problems with Pennsylvania doe license sales a thing of the past

After my son harvested his first buck on the opening day of the 2024 rifle deer season, I kept his harvest tag in my wallet ever since.
The tag is a reminder of a memorable day, and that’s really the reason why I carry it with me all the time. But recently, the tag came in handy once again.
