On Gov. Mike DeWine’s last “Fish Ohio Day” while in elected office, the weather gods saluted his devotion to Lake Erie with sunny skies, pleasant temperatures, and a light breeze.
“Walleye fishing on Lake Erie is one of the many reasons Ohio is extraordinary,” said DeWine. “Fish Ohio Day is a chance to celebrate clean water, experience Lake Erie’s incredible fishery, and strengthen partnerships that will keep our great lake healthy for generations.”
