Legislation aimed to curb work by cormorants to damage fish populations in the Great Lakes has been filed by a Michigan congressman.
Rep. Tim Walberg, R-5th, introduced the Responsible Cormorant Management and Control Act “to ensure effective, science based management of double crested cormorant populations across the United States.”
